About FileMizo

FileMizo is a static website with practical image, PDF, and application-file tools. Every tool reads and processes files inside your browser tab — nothing is uploaded to a server.

What FileMizo does

FileMizo brings everyday file-preparation tasks into one place: shrinking images to a size limit, resizing and cropping, converting formats, building and organizing PDFs, and preparing the photo, signature, and document attachments an online application asks for.

The site is a static collection of pages. There are no accounts, no payments, and no backend that receives your files. You open a tool, choose a file from your device, adjust the settings, and download the result.

Which processing happens locally

All image decoding, canvas drawing, encoding, and PDF reading and writing happen in this browser tab, using JavaScript that loads from this site. Your files are read with the browser's file APIs and are never sent over the network. Loading a page only requests that page's HTML, CSS, scripts, and icons from the site host — the same ordinary requests any website makes — and never your file contents.

The eleven tools

Limitations worth knowing

  • Image tools accept JPG, PNG, and WebP only. HEIC, SVG, GIF, and animated images are rejected rather than converted.
  • PDF tools reject password-protected documents and documents with interactive form fields. They do not remove passwords, run OCR, or edit PDF content.
  • Size targets are honest ceilings, not guarantees. The compressor reports an actual byte count, and a missed target stays visible instead of being padded or faked.
  • Very large files can still fail because of the memory available to your browser tab, even within the published limits.
  • No tool can guarantee that a portal, employer, or form will accept a prepared file. Check each portal's stated requirements yourself.

Privacy in one sentence

Your files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded; the site keeps no copy because it has no storage. Full details are on the Privacy page.
