Terms of use
These terms describe how you may use FileMizo. The short version: the tools are free, your files stay yours, and you are responsible for checking results before you submit them anywhere.
Using the site
FileMizo provides free browser-based tools for preparing images, PDFs, and application attachments. You may use the tools for personal or work purposes without an account. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its published limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Your files and your results
- Your files remain yours. They are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by FileMizo.
- You are responsible for the output. Check every prepared file — dimensions, size, format, page order — before you submit it to a portal, employer, school, or authority.
- No acceptance is guaranteed. FileMizo cannot control what a third-party form or portal will accept, and it does not promise that any result will pass a particular review.
- Keep your own backups. The tools never change your original files, but the site is not a file-storage or backup service.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. FileMizo does not warrant that results will be error-free, that every browser will behave identically, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Processing depends on your browser, device, and available memory.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FileMizo is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the tools — including lost data, missed deadlines, or rejected submissions — where the cause is within your control, such as not checking a result before submitting it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
