Something broken, misleading, or confusing? Here is how to report it — and what to leave out so you never expose sensitive files.
Email support
Write to support@filemizo.com with a short description of the problem. There is no support form; a plain email is enough.
How to report a problem safely
Include enough detail to reproduce the issue without attaching the files themselves:
- Which tool and address — for example, "Merge PDF at /merge-pdf/".
- What you did — the steps, in order, and the settings you chose.
- What happened instead — the exact error message text, if one appeared.
- Your environment — browser and version, and whether it happened on desktop or mobile.
- A screenshot with details redacted — cover names, photos, document contents, and any personal numbers.
Do not send your files
Never attach the original photos, signatures, or PDFs to a bug report. The tools process files locally precisely so they are not shared. Describe the problem instead; if a maintainer ever genuinely needs a sample, ask for a synthetic test file — not your real documents.
