Frequently asked questions
Images to PDF answers
How do I combine multiple images into one PDF?
Drop or select up to 20 JPG, PNG, or WebP images into the upload area. Arrange the pages in your preferred order, choose your desired page size and margins, and click 'Create PDF document'. Download your finished PDF file instantly.
How do I reorder pages before creating the PDF?
In the Image order list, use the accessible 'Move up' (↑) and 'Move down' (↓) buttons next to each thumbnail to change its position. The first image becomes page 1 of your PDF, the second becomes page 2, and so on.
What is the difference between A4, Letter, and Fit to image?
A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the international standard paper size used for documents and applications. Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is the standard in North America. 'Fit to image' creates custom page dimensions based on the pixel resolution of each image (at 150 PPI), wrapping the page snugly around each photo with your chosen margins.
How do margins and page orientation work?
Margins add white border space around your image (0 mm for borderless, up to 15 mm for wide framing). When 'Auto per page' orientation is active, landscape images automatically receive landscape pages and portrait images receive portrait pages, maximizing printable area.
Why is the resulting PDF file size sometimes larger than my original images?
PDF files include page layout structures, colour space definitions, and vector wrappers. If you choose 'Smaller file' mode, FileMizo can re-encode and downscale images to fit strict upload quotas.
Will the text in my scanned images become selectable or searchable (OCR)?
No. This tool embeds your images directly into a PDF document as graphic pages. It does not perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) or convert handwriting/scanned text into vector fonts.
Are my files uploaded to any server or processed remotely?
No. Image decoding, page composition, and PDF creation all happen inside this browser tab. Your files are never sent to any server.
