Step 1

Add attachments

Gather everything one application asks for — a photo, a signature, and supporting PDFs — up to 10 files and 100 MB of combined sources.

Photos: JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 20 MB each. Supporting PDFs: PDF documents up to 30 MB each. Limits: 10 attachments · 100 MB combined sources · 100 MB combined prepared outputs. Everything stays in this browser tab.

Built for careful, verifiable submissions

Three attachment kinds, one workspace

Add a photo, a signature, and supporting PDFs — each with its own requirements. The list keeps every status visible while a single editor handles the selected attachment.

Requirement checks you can trust

Every prepared file is measured against the dimensions and size limits you entered. Files that pass every check are marked Ready; anything that falls short is reported honestly with exact numbers — never padded with fake bytes.

Private by design

Decoding, encoding, PDF inspection, and ZIP packing all happen inside this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and the page never fetches your file bytes over the network.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Application Kit prepare?

It prepares the three things most application forms ask for: a photo (JPG/PNG/WebP) resized and size-limited to your portal's requirements, a signature cropped and placed on the exact canvas with a KB range, and supporting PDFs checked against a maximum size. When everything is Ready, you download files individually or as one ZIP.

How do photo and signature requirements work?

Enter exactly what your portal states: required pixel dimensions (optional for photos), the size range in kilobytes, and whether a smaller canvas is allowed to meet the limit. Example ranges in the panel are generic examples only — your form's numbers take priority. Each check shows the actual value next to your limit.

What happens with supporting PDF files?

A supporting PDF that fits under your entered size limit is kept byte-for-byte identical to the original. FileMizo does not shrink PDF documents yet, so an oversized PDF is reported as needing adjustment with guidance instead of being silently rewritten.

Which files end up in the ZIP?

Only attachments marked Ready — those that passed every requirement check. The button tells you how many files are included, the review panel lists anything excluded and why, and output names that collide inside the archive are renamed automatically. The archive is verified (entry count, sizes, and checksums) before the download starts.

What are the limits?

Up to 10 attachments with 100 MB of combined sources. Each image can be 20 MB, and each PDF can be 30 MB. Prepared outputs share a 100 MB combined cap including ZIP overhead. Limits are enforced with visible explanations — nothing is dropped silently.

Are password-protected PDFs or forms supported?

No. Password-protected and encrypted PDF documents are rejected, and interactive form fields are not supported because forms cannot be preserved reliably. Please remove passwords and flatten forms before adding the file.

Are my files uploaded to any server or cloud service?

No. Inspection, preparation, verification, and the ZIP download all happen inside this browser tab. Your files are never sent to any server.
